The main theme of the emblem of Kalloni FC is a handshake. This is a sign of the reconciliation and cooperation between the two clubs of the basin of Kalloni, the Arisveos and the Apollon Dafion clubs that were merged in 1994 thus creating the club AEL Kalloni FC. The handshake, depicted in the emblem of the club from Lesvos, is surrounded by laurel leaves.
