The Best Goal award of the 5th matchday was awarded to Zvonimir Vukić playing for PAOK, who topped the competition organised by Super League, the Panhellenic Association of Professional Players (PSAP) and NOVA.
On whether he considers the goal he scored against Panionios more important than the fact that he has scored in three consecutive matches: "The main thing is for the team to win. I am really happy I scored these goals, but the most important thing is for the club to be winning one match after another."
On whether he enjoys the title of being... the golden substitution: "I like it and thank you for it. The important thing is that I continue the same way. I want to do more for the club."
On whether he is in his best shape since the day he came to PAOK: "I feel fine. The truth is I can improve even more in the future."
On what his ambitions are given that he is 34 years old: "This could be my last season. I want to win the cup with the club and to try as best as we can to win the championship too. I have won many cups and championships in my career, but I wish to win another one before stepping down. Our goal of course is to qualify for the next round of the Europa League."
On whether he believes that PAOK this season has more chances to win the championship compared to last season: "PAOK this year definitely has a better roster compared to last season. We wish to try to win the championship as well as the cup."
On what was said during his meeting with Kaçe: "I do not wish to comment on this. I am here to talk about football…"
On whether he does not feel comfortable with Kaçe's return to the team: "Again, I do not want to comment on this. It is the decision of the administration. I will just continue playing football, this is what I do."
On whether it is soon or not for him to stop playing football: "I feel good with myself. I have not decided yet, but I am thinking about it. We still have time until summer. It is still very soon. We will see how it goes…"
On whether he feels comfortable in PAOK given the perfect relationship between the club's fans and the fans of Partizan FC: "I know this very well and it makes me feel really nice."
On what he believes is special about PAOK: "It is definitely the club's fans. They are among the best in Europe and they always offer the players a great motive to try even harder," concluded the 34-year-old Serbian player of the "Double-headed".
