Question by Antonis Dimitriou
Do you believe that based on the players your team has, it could be higher in the ranking?
The team has very good players and it could be higher in the ranking. However, we had a difficult schedule since we played against all the great clubs. We try to improve with every match we play.
Question by Konstantinos Doukas, Pavlos Halkidis
Veria has experienced and talented attacking midfielders, however the team has a hard time scoring goals. Why does this happen in your opinion?
Scoring goals is the result of team effort, not only the effort by the midfielders. We have a problem creating opportunities since we cannot reach the opponent team's box easily.
Question by Dimitris Karras
Is the team pressed to make a comeback in order to avoid being in the relegation zone?
We are not happy with the points we have amassed so far, but we will work hard to get out of this position.
Question by Panagiotis Salonikidis
Having played in Greece for approximately 2 months, what are in your opinion the differences with the championships in the States and in Argentina?
In Greece there is a great gap between the dynamic of the great clubs and the dynamic of the remaining clubs. In Argentina, any team can win any other team.
Question by Vassilis Tsakiridis
Who is the hardest defender you have played against in the Greek championship so far?
There are many tough defenders in the championship. In our last match against Kerkyra, the defender really gave me a hard time in the headed battles since he was very strong.
Question by Konstantinos Youkas
What would you like to say to the fans and supporters of Veria?
We are doing our best in order to improve our position. They can rest assured that we will fight very hard for the club.
What do you think about the life in Greece and in Veria?
I like it quite a lot, I feel very comfortable; people are nice and help me out with everything I need.
Which was the best and which was the worst moment in your football career?
My best moment was winning the World Cup in 2005. My worst moment was the back-to-back injuries because I really had a hard time then.
Were you not a footballer, what would you rather be and why?
I do not know. I knew all along that I would be a footballer. I never thought of doing anything else.
The winner of the draw for the signed souvenir by Pablo Vitti, offered by FC Veria, is Mr Pavlos Halkidis.
