Super League Greece will stage the U15 competition, with the participation of 11 teams from all over Greece.

It is the first time that a championship for U15 teams will be held in Greece and this action vividly demonstrates the importance of a solid football education from the early stages of the players’ careers.

Following the successful staging of U17 and U20 championships, Super League Greece is keen to offer the teams and players with the optimal organisational level, in order to ensure that all standards are met.

Yannis Moralis, Super League Greece President, said: “Following the proposal of Mr. Fernando Santos, the Head Coach of the Greek National Team at the 1st International Seminar “Footballabout”, which was held in Athens in January 2013, Super League Greece will organise for the first time the U15 Championship. Based on the seven-year long successful model of the U17 and U20 youth leagues, one of the most positive actions of Super League Greece, we intend to further contribute towards the comprehensive education of young players."
