The MVP of the 12th matchday was awarded to Lucas Pérez playing for PAOK, who topped the competition organised by Super League, the Panhellenic Association of Professional Players (PSAP) and NOVA. The award was presented by Mr Giorgos Varkarotos, one of the sponsors of FC PAOK.

After the ceremony, the PAOK player stated:

"I am of course happy to be receiving this award, but I only won it thanks to the team effort. I wish to improve every day and to win the championship title with PAOK because this club is worth it.

This is not an individual award since football is played with 11 players. This is an award for everyone, even for the coaches and the players not on the pitch."
