Question by Kostas Pappas
What do you think about your campaign this year? Did your goals change as the championship progressed?
"Our goals of course changed when we managed to win the two consecutive away matches in Livadia and Veria. These six points gave us the chance to aim a little higher, to even aim for the first five places in the rankings. But even now, the impressions from our campaign this year are the best. We played good football, we played like a team and this is the feeling shared by the fans as well."
Question by Kyriakos Papadakis
Compared to last season, which competitive element did you add to your game this year, in your opinion?
"I believe that the thing that changed compared to last season is the fact that we focused first of all on the general performance of the team and not on ourselves. The end result was a vindication for all of us who believed from the beginning that we could achieve something good, despite the hard beginning."
Which elements do you believe the team should keep and for which ones is there room for improvement?
"We have to retain the positive atmosphere in the team. The fact that we have a uniform team and a family feeling. Given that, if each player manages to improve on a personal level, and with the right transfers of players, we will able to achieve something better next season."
What is your opinion on your presence this season?
"Thank God, I believe I did very well. I did not sustain many injuries, I played in many matches and I believe I did my best to help Platanias achieve their goals."
Would you wish to remain in Platanias the following season as well?
"Certainly."
What was the thing that made you become a football player?
"It was my father. Had it not been for him, I would not be who I am today."
Although it's still early to be talking about it, what would you like to do after you have finished your football career?
"I haven't thought about things after football yet. In any case, I love football very much and I may wish to remain in it after I have finished my football career. But I will deal with it when the time comes."
Question by Vassilis Tsakiridis
If you were not a footballer, what would you rather be?
"I have never thought about it. I don't know what else I could have become…"
What are your hobbies?
"My only hobby outside football is playing backgammon. Given that, I do what most players do. I try to rest and spend some time with the people I love and who love me."
