The Best Goal award for the 6th matchday was awarded on Friday, October 12, to Kenan Bargan playing for Veria, who topped the competition organised by Super League, the Panhellenic Association of Professional Players (PSAP) and NOVA.

After the ceremony, the Veria player stated:
I am very happy for this award.  I wish to thank all those that voted for me and to dedicate this award to my teammate and to my family that supports me. The important thing is to move on, to continue strongly, to score as many goals as possible, even if they are not so spectacular, as long as they are goals."

As regards Veria, that has had positive results in the recent fixtures, he stated:
"Many new players have joined the team, we play better with each passing day, we try to be as coherent a team as possible and we continue strongly."

As regards the new players in the team, including himself, he stated:
"We, the new players in the team, prove that we can bear the responsibility and we wish to continue like this and achieve more."

As regards the fact that they have experienced teammates such as Georgeas and Kafes, he stated:
"It is an honour for us to play with these players. A few years ago, we watched them on television and we could not even imagine that we would be teammates one day."

As regards the next match against Asteras Tripolis, he stated:
"Asteras is one of the best teams in the championship. As with all matches, we will fight, we will enter the pitch to win, we are not afraid of anything."

As regards what he prefers, to score or to assist someone to score a goal, he stated:
"Both the goal and the assist are good. The main thing is for the team to win. Is for the team to take the three points and to go as high as possible."

As regards personal achievements (two during the first fixtures, goalkeeper Jonathan López and himself), he stated:
"This means that we all try. We help one another and through this, we try to achieve good things. It is important both for the club and the players to have similar achievements."
As regards whether himself, were he not Bargan, would vote for this goal, he stated: "Yes. I believe it was the best goal among those scored in this fixture."
