Super League Greece is hosting the International Conference on the Management of warm-season playing surfaces in a Mediterranean climate region, on November 28 and 29, at the Royal Olympic Hotel (Ath. Diakou Street 28-34, Athens).

At the international conference, with the presence of renowned scientists, experts in the management of football pitches and representatives from all Super League Clubs, three main thematic sections will be presented:

1/ Innovative stadium management practices. The international experience and the adaptation to the climatic conditions of Greece.

2/ The systematic maintenance of the football pitches, so that they are kept in perfect condition. Best practices and procedures.

3/ The sustainability of football pitches and their human- and environment-friendly management. A key parameter that is now becoming an international trend is the reduction of pesticides, the use of organic products, the reduction of water consumption for irrigation and energy for their maintenance.
