The MVP award of the 14th matchday was awarded to Ergys Kaçe playing for PAOK, who topped the competition organised by Super League, the Panhellenic Association of Professional Players (PSAP) and NOVA.
After the ceremony, the PAOK player stated:
"My main concern is to help the club every year as much as I can," initially said the Albanian international player of the "Two-Headed Eagle" and then attempted to explain the recent bad displays by his side in the championship. "I believe the reason behind these displays is fatigue. We have consecutive games on Wednesdays and Sundays and, definitely, when a club plays successive matches, then you have fatigue, injuries and sanctions. This is the reason behind these results. We conceded many goals, that's true. Most goals were due to our own mistakes, we do not stop the counter-attacks and we concede easy goals. I believe this is the reason."
On the match against Levadiakos:
"We are playing a difficult match tomorrow; it's this year's last match and we must do everything we can to win and stay in the first place of the ranking. The most important thing is that we are leading and we must do everything we can to remain in this position." He concluded by saying: "We were disqualified from the Europa League; we are satisfied with our campaign in the championship. We now have two goals: the championship and the Greek Cup and we need to focus on them."
